 You must watch what you eat, but you needn`t go on a diet, and mustn`t stop eating. You must plan your day. You mustn`t go without a meal. Don`t forget breakfast. You should eat a salad, fruit and vegetables every day. You shouldn`t eat between meals. But you should drink a lot of water.

 You should exercise 3 or 4 times a week, but you needn`t exercise for hours. Thirty minutes is OK.
