Позакласний захід для учнів 10 класу

“British Country study”

Мета: активізувати словниковий запас з тем «Географічне положення Великої Британії», «Історія Великої Британії», «Адміністративний поділ Великої Британії»; розвивати соціокультурну компетенцію учнів з використання країнознавчого матеріалу; виховувати інтерес до оволодіння іноземною мовою

Обладнання: дошка для гри, фішки та кубик для гравців

Використані матеріали: Дитяча енциклопедія «Країни світу», вид – во «Фоліо», 2005, wikipedia

Правила гри: Для гри підійде будь – яка дошка для настільної гри із мінімальною кількістю 30 клітинок. Підготувати дошку, написавши у кожній  клітинці у довільному порядку слова “Numbers”, “Liquids”, “Administrative Division” і так від START до FINISH. У гру можуть грати 4-5 учнів одночасно. Гравці по черзі кидають кубик, виконують свій хід і відповідно того на якій клітинці зупиняються, відповідають на запитання ведучого.

“Numbers” – у відповіді гравців має бути число (рік, відстань, кількість населення і т.д.)

“Liquids” – питання про моря, ріки, озера, напої

“Administrative Division” -  міста, містечка, і т.ін

Кожна правильна відповідь – 5 балів

Як тільки хтось із гравців дійшов до фінішу, гра припиняється і підраховуються бали. У рубриці “Numbers” ведучий може визначати межі відповідей: + -10, або + - 1000 і відповідь зараховується
