розвиток навичок говоріння (діалогічне та монологічне мовлення), читання і письма по темі.

розвиток творчих здібностей учнів,
розвиток пам'яті, уваги і мислення,
розвиток вміння узагальнювати і робити висновки.

I Підготовка до сприйняття іншомовного мовлення
T. Today our lesson is devoted to a very interesting topic. It is “Sport in our life”(слайд 1).As you know some people like sport and go in for it, the others are professional sportsmen. There are also great sports fans who watch sports and games on TV. The series of pictures on the screen will help you to guess what we are going to speak about.

We are going to speak about classification of sports, rules of different sports, famous sportsmen and our favourite sports activities.

T. Let’s practice our pronunciation. Look at the screen. Listen to the native speaker and repeat the words.

Our competition consists of different contests. For each contest your team will get points. The winner is the team with most points at the end of the game. I wish you good luck!

T. The first contest of our competition is devoted to classification of sports. You know there are different kinds of sports. Complete the network and tell about different kinds of sports and games.

T.The next contest is about the games’ rules. Read the rules of some sports and guess what sport it is.

Many people like to play it. This game is played by men and women too. Englishmen like playing it but many of them prefer to watch this game. Wimbledon is the center of this game. |

It is a field game between two teams, played with a white round ball. The object of one of the game is to kick the ball pass the goalkeeper into the goal. The team with the most points wins. |
Diving |
It is the most popular spectator sport in our country.You can do it in your own or in a pair. You need special equipment and ice to do it. |
Figure skating |
It is a popular extreme sport. You can do it in summer. You can see the underwater world and feed the fish. You can take underwater pictures. |
