  At the zoo                                                       

Last week Mr. Smith and his son went to the Zoo. They saw many animals there: tigers and lions, giraffes and crocodiles, wolves and foxes, white bears and brown bears. They saw many birds, too.

Ted watched the monkeys. They were so funny. They jumped, played and made funny faces.

Ted wanted to give a banana to the monkeys but the zookeeper said:

“Don’t do it, please! They are not hungry now. I look after them and I know when and what to give them to eat and to drink.”

“Oh, I am sorry,” said Ted.

Then the zookeeper, Ted and his father went to have a look at a tiger cub.
