I live in Luhansk Oblast all my life. While this time I get clear understanding of political and social situation on the East. I had to move to Severodonetsk, I am an internally displaced person, that’s why I have a clear understanding of the same persons.

I used to work with children, their parents and I can find the way from different situations. I was responsible for:

- Preparing a plan for monitoring and assessing the quality of education.

-Conducting interviews, sociometric surveys.

-Data collection and analysis.

-Developing conclusions and recommendations for improving learning approaches and understanding of material.

-Preparation of reports.

-Participation in pedagogical meetings. Participation in trainings and seminars for advanced training.

As I worked during the military conflict in the east of the country, I can work in the stress situations. In my work I often deal with difficulties, conflict and crisis situations, work in deadline conditions and I can find the way out.
