“Teddy Bear’s Story”
Focus: Listening for specific information, revision of numbers, names of food.
It’s night. Teddy wants to eat. He goes into the kitchen and opens the fridge.
There are two apples, two bananas, a carrot and an orange in the fridge, but there isn’t any fish there.
Teddy takes an apple, a banana for his friend Hoppey, the rabbit. Sorry, but there is no fish for his friend Pussy, the cat.

Now let’s full our fridge. There we can see three shelves. The first one has mark “a”, the second one – “an”, and the third one has a secret mark. Each of you has a food-card. Lay it in our fridge on the right shelf. Which cars are left? Why?

And I can eat a lot.
I like French fries,
And I can eat a lot.
Chorus: As I’m a big kid!
a big kid! a big kid!
Look at me!
I’m a big kid!
a big kid! a big kid!
Look at me!
I like cereal,
And I can eat a lot.

And I can eat a lot.
I like fish,
And I can eat a lot.
I like chicken,
And I can eat a lot.
Chorus …
Are you a big kid?
Playtime
Yesterday I met a good witch. She gave me the recipe of a magic poison. Let’s try to make it together!
Teacher read “the recipe” (names of food). Students, which have pictures with named food, put them in “the magic cauldron”, saying “the spell”: I have a cabbage, I have an onion, I have some tea, etc.
Note: If the teacher use a real magic wand, as a result of poison-making there will be sweets inside “the magic cauldron”. Honestly!
