T. So, the first point is accommodation. What is the best place to stay in London? (Power Point. File 2)
Ch. The hotels in London are more expensive then those in many other English cities, but they are clean and safe. “Four seasons hotel” and “The Ritz London” are five star hotels in the center of town, “Cafe Royal” and “The Kensington Hotel” are lovely quiet places, and close to special bus stops where you can get cheap rides to the various sights.

P2- Covent Garden, of course. There is a fruit and vegetable market. It’s the place of shops, restaurants and street performances.
P1- And what is the cheapest place for shopping?
P2- You can buy cheap fashionable clothes in Neal Street. In fact, it’s the cheapest and the most fashionable place for shopping.
P1- Thank you for you advice.

P1- I’d like to buy luxurious perfume for my mother. Let’s go to Oxford Street. There are 548 shops in Oxford street. A visit there is always unforgettable.
P2- It’s the biggest shopping street in London. But it’s too expensive. You can’t afford it.
P1- Oh, I suppose you are right. Ok, let’s go to Neal Street. The shopping is the cheapest there. And shops are excellent as well.

Ch. London is the largest tourist attraction. It has a great number of different districts, you can visit.
Piccadilly Circus is the heart of this lively city with its bars and restaurants. In the evening it attracts millions of tourists.
The nightlife is exciting in Soho too. It’s an area of famous clubs, cinemas with the latest films, and shows. There you can enjoy music, have a drink in a 24 hour cafes, which are popular with visitors, or go for a peaceful walk along the riverside. A visit there is a memorable experience. So, London is a modern fascinating city with something for everyone.
