Winter comes after autumn. December , January , February are winter months  It is winter. The weather is cold and frosty. The days are short and the nights are long. The temperature is 10 degrees below zero. The rivers and lakes freeze. The wind blows. There is much snow. We can see many children in the parks   and skating –rinks. They ski, skate, sledge, play snowballs and   make snowmen.

In winter people usually wear warm coats, fur coats, woolen hats ,boots.

Winter is a very nice season. Many people like winter very much.
