1. Warm-up

Do you like sport?

Do you prefer going in for sports or watching it on TV?

What kinds of sports are popular in Ukraine?

What national English sports do you know?

 

Pupils recite a poem.

1. Regular verbs have got past simple forms ending in - ed

2. Irregular verbs haven't  got past simple forms ending in - ed

3. Verbs in the past simple have got the same form for I, you, he, she, it, we, they.

 

5. Complete the text with the past simple forms
