Методи і прийоми навчання: бесіда, говоріння, аудіювання, письмо, робота в групах, «мозковий штурм», кросворд, загадки, фонетична зарядка, лексична робота, вживання слів у алфавітному порядку, доповнення слів за одною буквою, складання таблиці, складання речень за таблицею.
Обладнання: дошка, ксерокопії, ілюстрації по темі «Космос».

The topic of our today’s lesson is “Universe and our planet.” This topic is very interesting and important because the Earth is our house and Universe consists of the Earth too. To the end of the lesson we’ll learn the magic features of universe, interesting facts about our planet, we’ll work in groups, improve the speaking skills, repeat how it forms the Present Perfect Tense.

Universe is always around us. Of course, we want to know everything about it. It’s very hard to study universe because it is very big, endless. It has constant movement of all bodies.
The ancient people think that the centre of the Solar system is the Earth. But now we know that the centre of the Solar system is the Sun.
