Мета: вдосконалювати навчити вживання нових ЛО, навички усного мовлення, навчати розповідати про головну вулицю міста Києва; повторити вживання ступенів порівняння прикметників; розвивати культуру спілкування; виховувати повагу до своєї країни і позитивне ставлення до національних традицій.

Очікувані результати: на кінець уроку учні навчаться вживати нові лексичні одиниці в реченнях, дізнаються про історію головної вулиці столиці; зможуть розповідати про вулицю Хрещатик та ділитися своїми враженнями; закріплять вживання ступенів порівняння прикметників; збагатять свої знання.

Обладнання: зошит, підручник, картки, презентація

І. Підготовка до сприйняття іншомовного мовлення.

2. Speaking. Do ex.1, p.150 Look at the photos on page 150 and make up sentences with the adjectives as in an example.

3. Pre-reading activity.  Read the words and translate. Pupils read new words one by one.
