І. Підготовка до сприйняття іншомовного мовлення.
1. Greeting and aim. Привітання й повідомлення теми та мети уроку.
T: Good morning, children! I’m glad to see you. Let’s start our lesson. Today we are going to discuss some questions about meals which we eat every day. We’ll make and present a project “ Let’s Have Something to Eat”.
2.Warming up. Уведення в іншомовну атмосферу.

At the Café.
P1- Let’s go to the café. I’m hungry.
P2- OK! Come on.
W- Good morning! I’m glad to see you. I’m your waiter. This is your menu.
P1- I want chicken soup, fish and crisps and salad.
P2- And I want mashed potatoes, chicken and tomato salad.
W- And what do you want for dessert?
P1- I like to have tea and a cake.
P2- And I want coffee and ice-cream.
W- All right!..
W- have you finished?
P1- Yes, we have.
W- This is your bill, please.
P2- Thank you. Everything is tasty!
Dinner.
Nick- Mum, I want to go into the yard to play football.
Mum- OK! Only after dinner.
N- And what do we have for dinner?
M- We have borsch and vareniky with sour-cream.
N- It’s nice. I like vareniky. And what is there to drink?
M- There is tea and an apple-pie. I know you like it.
N- Oh, thanks Mum. I love you very much!
“Let’s Have Something To Eat”.
Betsy has three children: Rosy, Mark and Rob, and a husband,Mr. MacWisard. Normally Betsy has a lot of problems with family dinners because every member of her family eats only certain kinds of food. Rosy and Mark eat rice and ham. Rob and Rosy like bread and cheese. Rob and Mr. MacWisard like chicken and bread.
Which food is OK for most of the family?
