Тема: Природа та погода.

Підтема : Узагальнюючий урок з теми «Природа та погода».

Практичні задачі:

повторити вивчені лексичні одиниці та практикувати у використанні їх у практиці

 розвивати вміння читати та аудіювати тексти, ігноруючи незнайомі слова.

Цілі:

Освітня: розширити знання учнів про таке граматичне явище, як теперішній неозначений час.

Розвиваюча: розвивати вміння робити усні та письмові повідомлення про явища природи, використовуючи зорові опори.

Виховна: прищеплювати любов до природи, викликати інтерес до природних явищ та бажання вивчати їх. Формувати командний дух.

Обладнання:  персональний комп’ютер, мультимедійний проектор, екран, авторська презентація  Microsoft Power Point “Weather and Nature”, роздатковий матеріал.

Хід уроку.

1. Підготовка до сприйняття іншомовного мовлення.

1. Привітання і повідомлення теми та мети уроку.

Good morning, children!

Good morning, teacher!

  Dear pupils. I am glad to see you here. I am sure you are ready for active work. Our topic today is “Nature and Weather”. (слайд1)During the lesson you should remember everything about nature, seasons of the year, the weather in England and Ukraine.

Look, you’ve got two picture labels.(слайд2)

- If you are good – draw sun rays.

- If you feel bad – draw rain drops.

- Stick your pictures on the board.

1. Виконання пісні «What’s the weather?»(слайд3)

So let’s start our class with one of our favourite songs about the weather.

What’s the weather? It’s sunny.

Hot, cold, cool, warm.

In the summer it’s hot.

Ви всі дуже любити малювати. Так ось. Ми художники та поети. Зараз я вам роздам малюнки. Вони всі були різнокольорові. Але пройшов сильний дощ - і фарба зникла.

Ваше завдання - зафарбувати малюнки, але певними кольорами.

• Reading (слайд12)

Weather is a part of nature. Weather is the state of the atmosphere at a particular place during a short period of time: heat or cold, wetness or dryness, calm or storm, clearness or cloudness.  Weathermen study natural features. They collect information from ships, planes weather stations and space stations. So they can understand what the weather will be like during the next few days. Then they make a weather forecast. With the help of weathermen we know what clothes to choose for the day.

The weather forecast.

Good evening! And here is the weather forecast for tomorrow. In the Western Ukraine it will be cold with snow in the mountains. In the north of Ukraine it will be a wet day with rainstorms that will move to the east during the afternoon.  The weather in the centre of Ukraine will be dry but cloudy. In the south of Ukraine the day will be bright and clear with a lot of sunshine but it may be windy in the evening.

Teacher: You have a table with the weather forecast in different regions of Ukraine. You should make a forecast.
