Negative form - have not V ΙΙΙ ⁄ ed has (he, she, it) We haven′t done our home- work yet. She has never been to London.

Interrogative form ? Have V ΙΙΙ ⁄ ed? Has (he, she, it) Have you ever visited this museum? Has she already drawn the picture?
