The relevance of the integration problem is due to the need to form a complete picture of the world and the skills, which are necessary for students in real everyday life. English is a universal subject that successfully integrates with other subjects at different levels. The purpose of this work is to identify the impact of the content integration of the education on the formation of students' cultural competence, to explore and develop ways which could be used to integrate the subject "Foreign language" into other educational fields.

The features of various integration types in the English lessons are identified, in particular there is the intra-subject and inter-subject. It is proveded that the use of integration in English classes creates favorable conditions for learning. Foreign language acts as a means of cognition and communication in this process.
