My contribution to the work. Is to try to explore euphemism’s vocabulary in the modern political discourse. After all, this is an interesting fact that the characteristic feature of modern political vocabulary is using it not only for sharing information, but and hiding it.

Conclusions. Based on the scientific work of the research determined that the specific political discourse defines public policy priorities, sets parameters interpretation of political events, directs members of society in the world of politics. Although the reasons evfemizatsii political speeches are different, but they have one aim is the seizure of power.
