Тема: “ A world around me”

Мета: -  активізувати лексичні одиниці за пройденим матеріалом;

• автоматизувати навички монологічного та діалогічного мовлення учнів через комплекс завдань;
• розвивати творчі здібності учнів;
• формувати вміння групової роботи;
• виховувати в учнях почуття відповідальності, позитивне ставлення один до одного, інтерес до вивчення іноземної мови.

Обладнання: тематичні картки, роздатковий матеріал із завданнями, аудіозаписи.

Хід заходу

1. Організація класу.

T: Good afternoon, dear children, parents, guests. We are glad to welcome you on our celebration. We hope, you’ll like our trip to the country of the English language.

2. Повідомлення теми заходу.

Т: The theme of our celebration is “A world around me”. Our teams will get the tasks and we will define the winner. So, be active and very attentive.

3. Привітання команд.

T: Now, let’s  welcome the teams. The first team is “Let’s girls”. The second – “Let’s boys” (привітальна пісня команд – “Welcome to our world”).

4. Знайомство з командами (виконання пісні “What’s your name).

5. Завдання № 1 “Funny letters”

T: Children, look at the blackboard. There are a number of letters. Your task is to match the capital letters with the small (під супровід пісні “A, B, C,”).

T: This team coped with this task faster, it gets 1 ball.

6. Завдання № 2 “Funny numbers”

T: Kids, there is high time for the second task to do. Your task is to place these numbers into a right position, from 1 to 10. And then one of you will name them aloud.

7. Музична хвилинка (виконання пісні “One, two, three’).

8. Завдання № 3 “What colour is it?’

T: Children, look at me and say what colour you see.

9. Завдання № 4 “Colour a picture”

      T: Pupils, you have a list of figures. Listen to my instructions: colour a square 

       with yellow, triangle with green, a heart with red, star with blue and a circle     

       with pink.

     T: This team coped with this task faster, it gets 1 ball.

10. Підсумок виховного заходу.

Т: And now let us calculate all the balls you’ve got today and define the winner.

T: So, according to the results the winner is “_______”. I think we can salute the winner-team. And now, especially, for you pupils will present their holiday dance.

T: Children, thank you for the good preparation, being active and interested. You were the best today! Thank you parents and guests that you’ve found time to visit us. See you next time. Good bye!
