Тема:  Що вміють робити тварини?

Мета:  повторити й активізувати вивчений лексичний матеріал по темах «Тварини»,  «Зовнішність»; практикувати учнів у вживанні дієслова can в усному та писемному мовленні; формувати навички діалогічного та монологічного мовлення (з опорою та без опори на зразок); розвивати навички читання, аудіювання, говоріння, письма; розвивати мислення, пам’ять, творчість школярів; збагачувати словниковий запас; виховувати культуру діалогічного мовлення, почуття товариськості, любов до природи, інтерес до вивчення іноземної мови.

        Good morning, children! Today we can see many guests at our lesson. They 

are   your parents and teachers. Please, turn   around and say them “Good morning”.

-What is the weather like today?

-Is it warm or cool?

     Children! Let’s look at the blackboard.

What can you see?

What is the theme of the lesson? What do we talk about? Oh, yes. Yes, you are right. The theme of our lesson is “Animals”. Today we are going to speak about them.

  5. Опрацювання ЛО по темі «Тварини»

 5.1. Розвиток навичок монологічного мовлення

 We love animals very much. They are funny, clever and kind.  I think they are our friends. What  animals do you know? First, look at the blackboard and repeat after me. This is a … (Учні по черзі виходять до дошки і називають вибрану тваринку, зображену на таблиці.)

 5.2. Розвиток навичок діалогічного мовлення

 1)Thank you. Now, children, look at the blackboard and repeat the question after me What is this?  … you are not a pupil, you are a teacher. Go to the blackboard and ask your classmates  What is this?   And you must answer the question. (Учні по черзі виходять до дошки, вказують на вибрану тваринку, задають питання, інші учні відповідають.)

 2) I like animals and I have got a favourite one. Try to guess what is this. You can ask me Is this a …? (Учні по черзі вгадують загадану вчителем тварину.)

 3) Oh, you are very cleaver. And let’s play the guess game. (Учні по черзі загадують і відгадують  тваринок.)

 6. Опрацювання ЛО по темі «Тварини»

 6.1. Розвиток навичок читання

 Children, look at the blackboard and read the words: head, shoulders, knees, toes, eye, ear, leg, hand, nose, mouth, neck, back, finger, chick, arm, foot… (Учні читають слова за вчителем, хором, по одному.)

 6.2. Фізкультхвилинка

 I think, it’s time to our morning exercises. Stand up and say about your body I have got … (Учні повторюють за вчителем фрази, підкріплюючи їх відповідними жестами.)

   Now, listen to CD player and do our morning exercises: “Head, shoulders, knees and toes”.  (Учні виконують пісню, підкріплюючи її відповідними жестами.)

 7. Розвиток навичок читання

 7.1.Підготовка до читання.  

 Children, do you like animals? What is your favourite animal? Ask and answer each other. (Учні ланцюжком задають  питання і відповідають на нього.)

 7.2. Читання тексту

 Open your books. Page 99, exercise 2. First listen, then read after me. (Учні слухають вчителя, повторюють за ним.)

  Now, you read. (Учні читають по черз.)

 6) You can see different animals around the classroom. Read the word, find your animal and take it.

 7) Oh, great! Now, you must describe your animals. But first let’s do exercise 3.

 8) Describe your animals.  Look at the blackboard and use these sentences.

 9) Stand up. Listen to me. I have got a magic stick. One, two, three. You are not children, you are animals. You are lions. You can run.

 10) Open your exercise-books and describe the animal. What animal?

 11) Listen the text. Choose the right word and circle it.

 12) Open your books. Page 101, exercise 5.

 13) Listen to me carefully. If you agree – clap your hands, if you disagree – tap your feet.

1. Lions eat bananas.     (Tap)

2. The elephant   has got big ears.        (Clap)

3. The tiger is a small cat.     (Tap)

4. The giraffe has got a long neck.     (Clap)

5. The fish cannot swim.     (Tap)

6. Monkeys can climb the tree.      (Clap)
