Тема: Mother’s day

Мета:

Практична:

- практикувати у вживанні вивчену лексику.

- закріпити навички вживання граматичної конструкції «Are they…? What this? How many…?»

Розвиваюча:

- розвивати мовний потенціал учнів на основі вивчених лексичних одиниць;

- розвивати інтерес учнів до вивчення іноземної мови;

- розвивати пам’ять, увагу

Виховна:

- виховувати любов до мами.

Тип уроку: комбінований

Форми роботи: індивідуальна, робота в парах..

Очікувані результати: Засвоєння лексичних одиниць з теми, граматична побудова стверждувального речення.

Обладнання: Дошка, підручник Г.К.Мітчелл «Смарт Джуніор 2», карточки із словами, наочний матеріал.

Хід уроку

I. Введення в іншомовну атмосферу.

1.  Привітання. Greeting

T: – Good morning, good morning.

Good morning to you.

This perfect October morning

I’m glad to see you!

- Take your seat, please.

I have got a magic sun.

How are you?

2. Повідомлення теми уроку                                                                                       

T: - So let's begin our English lesson. Today we are going to talk on a new topic «Mother’s Day».

1.Вправа «Впізнай свято»

Т: There are a lot of holidays. Look at the pictures and name the holiday

Birthday                    Mother’s Day

Match the pictures and greetings

T: Now your task is to match a picture to a greeting.

Happy Birthday!        Happy Mother’s Day!

T:  - Well done.

ІІ. Основна частина

1. Вивчення нових слів

T: Open your book at page 24. There is a text. Текст про День матері, а щоб прочитати і зрозуміти про що в ньому йдеться мова, нам потрібно вивчити нові слова.

Let’s play a game “Echo”. Read these words after me all together.

2. Мовна зарядка (зорова розминка)

Гра «"What is missing"                                                                                                   

Close your eyes and open them when I say “Open your eyes”. Then you say what word is missing. Understand? So, let’s start.

 

You are great players. Another game is called “Smack”. Two students, go to the board, please.
I will utter the words and your task is to smack on this word with the help of flyswatter very fast.

T: Draw a present you want to give your mum and write what it is.
