 Geographical Position of Ukraine.

Objectives:

-to enrich pupils knowledge on the topic;

-to develop listening skills;

-to develop reading skills;

-to develop writing skills;

-to develop pupils imagination;

-to inoculate the love to our Motherland.

Equipment:  books, cards, pictures, tape-recorder, an audio cassette, copy-books, texts.

Every country has its national symbols. What are our symbols? What do they stand for?

V. Writing. a) revision of the vocabulary (competition);

                    b) translate the sentences.

VI. Speaking. a) Many tourists visit Ukraine. Why?

                        b) Walk around the class and talk about Ukraine to other students. Change the partners. Then sit with your original partner and share what you have found out.
