Steps for Task Execution:
1) Introduction (5 minutes):
Explanation of the lesson topic: "Today, we will be writing a letter about our best friends."
2) Brainstorming (10 minutes): Collective creation of a list of words that can be used to describe a friend (character, hobbies, appearance).
3) Letter Structure (10 minutes): Explanation of the basic structure of a letter: greeting, introduction, main part, closing, signature.
4) Step by step instruction for students.
1) Greeting: "Dear [Friend's Name],"
2) Introduction: "I am writing to tell you about my best friend, [Friend's Name]."
3) Main part: Describe the friend's character, hobbies, and what you like about his behavior.
4) Closing: "Thank you for being such a great friend. I look forward to hearing from you soon."
5) Signature: "Best wishes, [Your Name]."
Letter Writing (20 minutes): Give children time to write their letters, using the plan and vocabulary from the brainstorming session.
Self-Assessment (10 minutes): Using the table, evaluate your letter based on criteria such as relevance to the topic, presence of character description and hobbies, correctness of word usage.
Exchange of Letters and Peer Assessment (10 minutes): Allow children to exchange letters. Ask them to mutually assess each other's letters based on specific criteria.
