Мета заняття:

Навчальна : -набути навичок розуміння фахової лексики та її використання в  мовленні;

• формувати  уміння застосовувати одержані знання для вирішення виробничих завдань;

Студент:I am glad to greet you on my presentation . Here you can find the most current and complete information about the activity and development plans of our company.

Today NIBULON is one of the largest domestic agricultural producers, investors and exporters, and one of the leaders of the domestic agricultural market.

In 27 years of activity, NIBULON has invested more than USD 1.6 billion in Ukraine’s economy.

At present the company has 43 branches in 12 regions of Ukraine and tills more than 82.5 thousand hectares of leased agricultural land.

 

The principle of the company’s work is to modernize itself, to follow the basic tendencies of the world market and to do agribusiness successfully

The total number of NIBULON’s elevator complexes, transshipment terminals and production branches increases every year, as the main principle of NIBULON’s activity is not to stop at what has been accomplished, but to develop and improve itself constantly.

 

As part of the investment project, NIBULON using modern techniques and leading experience has constructed 13 elevator complexes and transshipment terminals with the total storage elevator capacity of up to 1.7 million tons. NIBULON controls the chain of agricultural commodity supplies, from the agricultural commodity producer to the final consumer, all over the world.

 

NIBULON’s marine transshipment terminal for shipment of grain and oilseeds  is unique not only for Ukraine, but also for Europe. The transshipment terminal has a three-storey laboratory and administrative building, being equipped (according to the highest world standards) with laboratory and research equipment to measure quality and to perform scientific research on grain and NIBULON’s own processed products. The laboratory specialists can measure quality of wheat and bakery products and also quality of soil, air and water , GMO presence, heavy metals in food stuff, noise and radiation level, motor transport exhaust gases and others.

 

Thousands of hours of hard work of farmers, shipbuilders, builders, engineers, economists, financiers and other professionals. Of course, it is impossible to put it all in a 10-minute film, but we tried to show by NIBULON’s example how to build a European, prosperous, strong and independent Ukraine

Викладач пояснює, що студенти працюють попарно . Спочатку вони обирають зразки сільськогосподарських культур за зовнішніми ознаками та , використовуючи знання показників якості  згідно Національного стандарту України (1998-2010 (для різних культур)), формують таблицю:

Завдання студенти отримують в конвертах.

Метод: рефлексія знань , робота в малих групах, мозковий штурм

Наступним важливим етапом  для  майбутньої професійної діяльності  є знання обладнання, його будови та порядку роботи.

 Equipment                             

Моделюється ситуація прибуття інвестора , що має намір інвестувати в купівлю нового обладнання для підприємства. Студент проводить розмову з інвестором, пояснюючи конструкцію обладнання датської фірми «Кімбрія» і використовуючи  схему  головних конструктивних елементів норії.

 Метод: ситуаційна гра, монологічне мовлення

Noria (EH bucket elevator)

Noria is intended for transference of grain in vertical direction.It is used for transference of grain from the ground floor of the elevator to upper one.The shoe and the tight drum are located on the ground floor . The head of noria with the driving drum is placed on the upper floor.The conveyоr tape with dippers are put on the tight at driving drums.The conveyоr tape is located in noria tubes which are of square form.The driving drum is set in motion with the help of the electric motor and it turns the conveyоr.Grain is loaded into the shoe of noria from the transporter. Then it is lifted into the head of noria .Grain is unloaded over the exhaust tube.The capacity of this bucket elevator is up to 750 cubic meter per hour

  Тechnolоgy

Знання технологічних процесів студенти демонструють  впродовж читання тексту “Receiving and machining of grain”.

Метод: пошукове читання.

Receiving and Machining of Grain

1.The  major  task on  the  first  stage  is receiving  corn from  agricultural  enterprises   and  its  machining  to  necessary  conditions.                                                                                                     2.Company “NIBULON”  gets  corn  from  the  railway vans,river and  motor  transport.3.Grain is  weighed and unloaded by  special unloaders .4. The next operation is cleaning of grain on the grain cleaner, separator,stone separator and aspirator. 5.Grain cleaning means removing sand, stones, straw,weeds,etc.6. Grain cleaning  improves the ability of grain to by safety stored, milling output and quality .7. Drying of grain is performed in drying-rooms. 8. Drying is reducing  the humidity of  grain to the safe level of  keeping grain.9. The  machined  grain  is  kept  temporarily  in  the siloses of  the  elevator. 10. Transporting  of  grain to the siloses is  done  by norias.                                     11. The purpose of storing is to provide the dried grain with protection against insects, molds. 12. During the storage of grain they perform active or inactive aeration .13. After  storage grain is loaded to the transport by loaders .14. From the elevator grain is transported to the mills or group of enterprises of grain products
