Мета: повторити порядкові числівники; прийменники місця on/it/at.

Тип уроку: урок застосування знань, умінь та навичок.

Очікувані результати: 

Обладнання: підручник «Англійська мова 5»О.Д. Карп’юк, відео пісня «Hello Song for Kids»/ «Kids Country Song»,  смайлики, кольорові стікери, презентація, аудіо запис до підручника.

Хід уроку

 І. Організаційний момент.

1. Привітання

T: Good afternoon everyone! Nice to see you. Let’s start our lesson with a “ Hello” song. Are you ready?

Ss: Yes!

 2. Фонетична розминка (Hello Song For Kids)

(Учні співають пісню разом з вчителем )

3. Мовленнєва розминка.

T: You have smiles on your desks. Choose one and answer my question, please: “How are you today?”

S1: I’m good!

S2: I’m great!

S3: I’m fine!

(Учні відповідають по черзі на питання вчителя)

4. Перевірка домашнього завдання  

ІІ. Основна частина уроку

5. Визначення теми уроку. Гра «Unscramble the word»

Т: Thank you for your answers. Choose  any sticker you like. Make groups of 5. (Учні вибирають кольоровий стікер та згідно кольору об’єднуються в групи)

Т: Look at the letters, unscramble the word and that’ll be the topic of our lesson.

Звучить музика. Учні складають з літер назву теми уроку.

T: Read the key word. What is it? Yes, it is “Family Traditions”.

5. Подання ЛО теми уроку. “Guess who”

T: Now, let’s play a game “Guess who”. I’ll read you the riddles about members of the family. If you know the answer, raise your hand. You’ll get a candy for the right answer.

(Вчитель читає загадки про членів родини, за кожну правильну відповідь команда отримує 1 бал.)

1. The cutest person in the world. Whom do all children love? – a mother

2. A wife of an uncle – an aunt.

3. A daughter of a brother or a sister – a niece.

4. Who will teach to hammer a nail? Who will teach you to be brave? – a father.

5. A mother of your mother – a grandma.

6. A father of a mother – a grandpa.

6. Тренування в  мовленні.

- T: Look at the blackboard. Say sentences as in the example. (Вчитель показує слайди зі святами, завдання учнів назвати свято та дату)

 - We celebrate the New Year on the first of January

- We celebrate Women’s Day on the eights of March

 - We celebrate Valentine’s Day on the fourteenth of February.

 - We celebrate Easter in April.

 - We celebrate Independence Day on the twenty-fourth of August.

7.  Аудіювання  

T: Please, open your books at p.133. Find Ex.5. Listen about Emily’s granny and be ready to give answers.

(Учні слухають аудіо запис)

8.  Читання  Ex. 5b, p.133

T: Say if the sentences are true or false. (Учні читають по черзі речення з вправи)

9. Фізкультхвилинка YOU CAN STAMP YOUR FEET. («Kids Country Song»)

10. Повторення граматичного матеріалу «Прийменники місця on/it/at.»

ІІІ. Заключна частина уроку.

1. Повідомлення домашнього завдання: Ex7, p.133

2. Підведення підсумків уроку
