Тема:   Traditional dishes. Традиційні страви

Мета:

Навчальна: Повторити й закріпити лексичні одиниці теми, активізувати їх у мовленні учнів; навчити складати рецепти страв та записувати їх.

Навчити вживати неозначені числівники зі злічуваними та незлічуваними іменниками.

Розвивальна: Розвивати вміння монологічного та діалогічного мовлення, навички читання та навички письма.

Виховна: виховувати культуру мовлення, інтерес до вивчення англійської мови.

Методи і форми роботи: ілюстративно-демонстраційний, метод вправ; комунікативні вправи, робота в парах, фронтальна, групова;  рольова гра- ситуація, мозковий штурм та ін.

Обладнання: підручник, ppt до уроку, Smart board, дошка, роздатковий матеріал, інгредієнти та девайси для приготування салату, ілюстрації страв.

Тип уроку: комбінований

Хід уроку:

І. Підготовка до сприйняття іншомовного мовлення

1. Організація учнів.

Т: Good morning, everyone. I'm glad to see you. How are you today?

Ps: Good morning, teacher. We are glad to see you, too. We are fine, thank you.

2. Повідомлення теми та мети. Slides 1-2.

Т: Today we are going to speak about food you eat . The topic of our lesson is “ Traditional Food”. Today we have very interesting lesson where you practice your skills in reading, writing,  and working in groups.

3. Фонетично- лексична розминка. Вірш.Slide 3.

T: Look on the monitor, read and translate the poem.

I like honey on my bread

I like salad, I like eggs

I drink water all day long

All these things make me strong!

T: Now the poem has missing words. You task is: Put the missing words. Slide 4.

T: Can you name the most popular dishes in Ukrainian cuisine? Look at the blackboard.

b)While reading. Slides 7 -8

T: Read and guess the dish. P1-P2-P3

c) Post – reading. Group game. “How to make a borcsh?” Cards.

3. Writing practice

T: Can you name when do we use a little / a few? Try to do this exercise  in groups. And then we’ll check it.Slide 10.

T: Do you like potatoes? Let’s make a salad. P1-P2-P3 Slide 11

4. Role situation. Recipe preparing.

T: Do you watch any cooking TV programmes? Do you know Ector Bravo?

IV. Заключна частина уроку

1. Домашнє завдання

T: Your home task will be a project work. You should make a recipe of your favourite dish with a picture to finish our book “ Recipes from the 7-formers”

2. Підсумки та оцінювання

T: As for me I liked our lesson very much. Especially I liked your work. What about you? Whose work did you more? Who was the best at the lesson?

Nadia: Доброго ранку мої любі гості. З вами знову я – Надя Матвєєва і в нас знову все буде смачно. У нас сьогодні не звичайний гість. Це мій друг Ектор.

Ector : Hola! Que tal la vida? Today we are going to cook a British dish – porridge.

Nadia: Вівсянку? Фу, я її не люблю.

Ector: I know, Nadia. It was a joke! We will cook fresh fruit salad. It is perfect to serve for brunch, at a picnic, or for a healthy afternoon snack!

Nadia: Що ж нам потрібно для цього салату?

Ector : We need:

• 1 kiwi
• 1 apple
• 1 orange
• 1 banana
• 3 walnuts
• 100 gr of sour cream or yoghurt

Nadia: З чого почнемо? Що мені робити?

Ector : firstly we should peel the fruit and then cut them. Dice the orange and one apple. And I will slice the banana and kiwi.

Nadia: тепер все будемо змішувати?

Ector : You can put it in a few crements. But today we will mix all fruit in a large bowl. Now it’s time to pour it with sour cream and serve with chopped nuts and kiwi slices.

Nadia: А якщо полюбляэте солоденьке, додайте трошки меду.

Nadia and Ector: All will be delicious!

Nadia: Доброго ранку мої любі гості. З вами знову я – Надя Матвєєва і в нас знову все буде смачно. У нас сьогодні не звичайний гість. Це мій друг Ектор.
