Тема уроку : “What did you do yesterday? Past Simple Tense.”

Мета:

Практична: навчити утворювати і використовувати минулий неозначений час; формувати навички монологічного мовлення на рівні речення з опорою на наочність; удосконалювати вимову звуків у словах за темою; розвивати вміння аудіювати текст, ігноруючи незнайомі слова;вміння письмово передавати інформацію відповідно до ситуації спілкування, вести розмову про минулі дії.

Освітня: розширити та поглибити знання учнів з теми.

Розвивальна: розвивати мовну здогадку, вміння логічно викладати свої думки, вести групову бесіду, культуру спілкування, самостійність у праці.

Виховна: виховувати почуття відповідальності, ввічливості, доброзичливості, а також загальну культуру учнів.

Тип уроку: розвиток вмінь і навичок.

Обладнання: ноутбук, підручник, тематичні картки, диск, роздатковий матеріал.

Хід уроку

І. Організаційний момент.

1. Привітання.

Good morning friends! How are you today? I hope, you are in a good mood and everything is ready for the lesson. Who is on duty today?

2. Психологічне налаштування на гарну роботу.

We are smiling,

We are happy,

We work hard.

We are friendly,

We are witty,

So let’s start!

ІІ. Уведення в іншомовну атмосферу. Бліц-опитування. “Flash-scanning”

Raise your hand if your know the answer.

ІІІ. Фонетична зарядка. Скоромовка. “Tongue-twisting”

Past Simple, Present simple,

Present Simple, Pest Simple,

We mix them all.

We will learn the all!

IV. Активізація лексичного матеріалу + перевірка домашнього завдання. Робота з флешкартками. Круговир слів. “Word whirlpool”.

Let’s revise the previous words. Make up a sentence taking out two or three flashcards.

V. Повідомлення теми та мети уроку.

T: How do you think what topic I mean? Look at the tongue-twister.

Ps: Past actions.

T: Yes, you are right. Today we are going to speak about Past Simple Tense.

VI. Підготовка до введення граматичного матеріалу. Мозковий штурм. Group-work. Brainstorming.

Let’s make four groups. Your task is to write them on the piece of paper. You have three minutes. Now let’s write them on the board in turns. The team with most words is a winner.

VII. Введення граматичного матеріалу. Learn with Tag

Children look at the picture and read Tag's speech bubble. Why has the verb play' got 'ed' at the end? (because it is talking about yesterday!).

Children come up and add the ending for the verb so it can be used to talk about yesterday.

Children make up sentences about yesterday using a verb from the board.

VIII. Активізація вивченого граматичного матеріалу. Гра «Снігова куля». Snowball game. Chain-work. “Yesterday I…”

They play a game: teacher says Yesterday I listened to music. A child repeats the sentence and adds another action (e.g. yesterday I listened to music and I visited my grandma.). They continue playing for as long as possible.

IX.Розвиток навиків письма. Choose and write. “Reporters”

Teacher asks What do we do with the TV? Clean it or watch it? Children read the example sentence out loud. Children choose verbs from the grammar box and complete the sentences. The children swap books with their friend for marking.

X. Розвиток навиків аудіювання. Listen and stick. Then circle. Гра «Шукай наліпку». Sticker hunt.

Children find the stickers for Lesson 21. Teacher plays the CD and says Listen and stick., stops after each sentence. They check the answers.

XI. Закріплення вивченого граматичного матеріалу. Розвиток навиків аудіювання. Куточок співів+читання із плескотом. “Singing corner”. Sing along with The Fly High band!

Children listen to the CD. Then they read the song until the teacher claps her hands. The other pupils goes on. Finally the children sing along.

XII. Фізкультхвилинка. Гра «Заспівай і зобрази рухами». Miming the song.TPR.

XIII.Розвиток навиків читання. Куточок читання. Reading corner. Did you wash the floor, Sally? Track 05

• Pre-reading: Teacher asks children where Sally, Chatter, Karla and Tag were in the previous story. Children look at the pictures one at a time and tell what is happening (in L1 where necessary).

•Post-reading: After presenting the story teacher asks some questions to check understanding and engage the children: Who cleaned the floor? Was the floor wet? Are the animals laughing?

XIV. Розвиток навиків письма.Writing corner.

Teacher does the example with the class: asks the children to read the dialogue for picture 1, then asks them to read the example sentence.

She asks the children to circle and reminds them to refer to the story for their answers. Teacher monitors and helps where necessary.

XV. Розвиток навиків говоріння. Speaker’s corner.

Teacher asks two children to come up to the front of the class and sets the timer for 1 (or more, or less – according to the level of knowledge) minute. The task is to speak about their past actions for the set time.
