Конспект відкритого уроку з англійської мови у 7 класі (друга іноземна).

Вчитель: Цюбик Ірина Володимирівна

Тема: Свята і традиції.

Підтема: Свята України та Великої Британії.

Мета: навчальна: активізувати вживання тематичної лексики у мовленні, формувати навички усного мовлення; формувати навички аудіювання, письма та читання; вдосконалювати навички діалогічного та монологічного мовлення учнів;  розвивальна: розвивати мовну здогадку; вміння логічно та послідовно викладати свої думки;  виховна: виховувати інтерес до вивчення англійської мови, зацікавленість і повагу до українських та британських звичаїв і традицій, бажання зберегти їх і передати наступним поколінням; виховувати культуру читання та культуру поведінки при спілкуванні.



Хід уроку

  1. Організаційний момент.  Слайд 1.

a) Привітання, бесіда з черговими.


- Good morning, dear boys and girls. I am glad to see you. As you see, we have an unusual lesson today. There are a lot of guests here. But don’t worry, please, and be active.

- Sit down, please. Let’s start our lesson.

- Who is on duty today?

- Who is absent today?

- What day is it today?

- What date is it today?

b) Розв’язування пазлу -  повідомлення теми та мети уроку, мотивація навчальної діяльності. Topic Puzzle.

Teacher: Well, pupils, look at the blackboard, please. Here is a puzzle for you to do. There are some pictures. Name all the words in the pictures, take only the first letter of each word and you will read the topic of today’s lesson. For example, a hat – letter Hh.

4. Перевірка домашнього завдання. Checking homework.

T: Thank you! And now, let’s concentrate on some particular holidays and check your homework. Tell me, please, what holiday did we celebrate on the 14th of February? Of course, you are right. Some of you prepared a dialogue on this topic. Please, girls, go to the blackboard.

T: Thank you, girls. A question to the class – how do you celebrate St. Valentine’s day?

The second group prepared the project work about their favorite holiday. Let’s listen to them.

     II group – project work “The best holidays for me”. Слайд 6.

T: Good for you, girls. Thank you. Vasia, what is your favorite holiday? And your’s, Vika?

     And the third group had to do some task on cards. You’ll give me your copybooks at the end of the lesson.

Teacher: Let’s work in group, children. Turn your yellow cards please. Every group gets the holiday. You should write down the list “What do you usually do at this holiday”. Don’t tell anybody what holiday you have. Then we’ll try to guess it.

You list: We usually invite friends to our place, cook special dishes, and arrange a party.

You have 3 minutes.

Teacher: Are you ready? Let’s check up. The first group, read your list, we will guess your holiday.

      T.: I’ll name some words and your task is to guess what will be your text about: ghost, witch, pumpkin … You are right. It’s about the Halloween Day.

Easter is a great religious holiday in Ukraine: usually it is celebrated on one of

Sundays in  spring. On that day the religious people go to church.  Usually they bring

with them  baskets with food – Easter cakes, butter, cheese and,   of course, painted

eggs. The traditional greeting on this day is: "Khrystos Voskres!"  and the answer

"Voyistynu Voskres!".



The symbol of Easter in Britain is Easter Bunny – a happy Rabbit with the basket of chocolate eggs. He brings these eggs to children on Easter Sunday. Children believe that the Easter Rabbit hides the eggs in the garden.
