Сьогодні загальноосвітня школа має соціальне замовлення на залучення учнів до глибоких шарів національної культури та духовності, створення умов для розвитку їх національної свідомості на основі засвоєння цінностей українського народу, зокрема, його мови, світоглядних позицій, ідей, поглядів, переконань, звичаїв, обрядів.Вивчення англійської повинно відбуватися з урахуванням регіонального компонента, використання регіональних та краєзнавчих матеріалів, що можуть подаватися в формі текстів, вправ або наглядного матеріалу, де будуть міститися факти з історії, біографій визначних співвітчизників, опис флори та фауни рідного краю.
