The exercise “My Favourite Animal” (with LEGO bricks)

Your task is to create youy favourite animal, working in pairs. Then tell us about it. “My favourite animal is a cat. It has got …”

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Third Stone – Time

The exercise “Paper clips” (6 people with a bell)

Kids are working sitting in the circle. They are thinking about one animal and asking to each other “Has it got…?” if the answer “No”, they change the interviewer. They are working 1 min till the bell is ringing.

 

 

 

The Fourth Stone – Power

The exercise “The wind has blown” (…and you should catch a/an …)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Fifth Stone – Reality

The exercise “Hot Potatoes” (6 people with a ball and puzzles)

To play this game: make a circle with kids, take a ball and start passing it around saying the poem. When the poem ends, the player that takes a ball, guesses the animal in the picture or in the puzzle or even doing the puzzle.

 

Hot potato, hot potato

Pass it on and don’t you shout

If you have a hot potato,

if you have a hot potato,

The Sixth Stone – Mind

 

 

The exercise “Yes/No”

The teacher says to 3 pupils: “You are a giraffe”, … children show the animal. Then the teacher asked to another kids “Am I catching a camel?” Kids answer “Yes or No”

 

A poem (repeat twice)

Go, run, hop, jump, swim, fly, lay down, fall down, eat, drink, sing, dance, skip, chew, catch a butterfly, ride a horse, feed a cat, play with a dog, sleep, get up, do morning exercise, bend left, bend right, clean my teeth, brush my hair, beak, turn around, read a book, watch TV, play the computer, ride a bike, climb a tree, look, listen, point, draw, write, speak, count, cry, laugh, stamp your feet, clap your hands.
