Objectives: to develop pupil’s reading, speaking, listening and writing skills; to use adverbs of frequency of Present Simple Tense correctly; to develop the importance of housework;
Materials: Full Blast1 SB, Full Blast1 WB, CD (player), flashcards.

Warming-up
-
Greetings. T: Good morning students. How are you today?

Introduction. T: Do you like to help your mum at home? What kind of household chores do you do at home? What exactly you like and don’t like? Look at the blackboard, you can see there different chores pictures name them, please.

Main part
-
Vocabulary practice. On the page 125 translate new words for the lesson 3D, then back to the p. 42. T: At the Ex. 1 on the p. 42 match the pictures with the household chores. Then listen audio (Track 55) and check our answers.

Reading. T: look at the pictures. Who do you think helps out at home? Listen, read and check our answers (Track 56). And now answer the questions about Angelo and Megan Ex 2b.
2 a) Post-reading: (Ss answer the questions)

Grammar. Present Simple Tense (making and using). Adverbs of frequency. Ss do the Ex. under the rules.

Listening. Ss listen to three people talking in the Ex.4 p. 43 and tick (۷) the chores they do. Then check the answers (listen again if it needs).

Speaking. Ss talk in pairs about the chores they do at home using adverbs of frequency.

Writing. Ss write sentences about what they always, usually, often, sometimes, never do at home in their copybooks.

Homework. Ex. A, B p. 33 (WB)
