Тема: Cooking food

Мета:

• практична: активізувати вживання тематич-них лексичних одиниць у мовленні учнів, си-стематизувати засвоєний лексичний матеріал з теми «Харчування», удосконалювати навич-ки аудіювання, читання, усного та писемного мовлення, навчати дітей застосовувати вивче-ний матеріал у різних мовленнєвих ситуаціях;
• розвивальна: розвивати пам'ять, увагу, логіч-не мислення, мовну здогадку, фонематичний слух та уяву;

• виховна: виховувати інтерес до вивчення англійської мови, повагу до співрозмовника, а також уміння розрізняти здорову та шкід-ливу їжу та прагнення допомагати старшим у приготуванні страв;

• освітня: розширювати філологічний кругозір учнів, збагачувати їхні знання про види страв та способи їх приготування, пригадати прави-ла сервірування стола.

ХІД УРОКУ

І Підготовка до сприйняття іншомовного мовлення

1. Організаційний момент

T: Good morning, pupils! I am glad to see you. How are you?

Ps: Good. Bad. So-so

(На столі розташовані фрукти, вчитель пояснює, що яблуко – це So-so, лимон – Bad, а апельсин – Good. Учні підходять по черзі до столу та висловлюють свою думку)

2. Повідомлення теми та мети уроку

T: Look at the pictures .  What are these?

Ps: Food

T: Yes. So, our today’s topic is “Cooking food”. At our lesson we’ll speak, solve the crossword, sing a song, make a little project and do many other things.

ІІ Основна частина уроку

1. Активізація та систематизація тематичних лексичних одиниць з теми “Food”

T. Let's work in groups. We need 2 groups. (вчитель ділить клас на дві групи за допомогою карток – фрукти та овочі – кожен підходить до столу та вибирає картку)

It will be the first group and it will be the second one.

Your task is tо write for 3 minutes. The members of the I group write as many words as they can on the topic Vegetables and the members of the 2 group — on the topic Fruit. I give you sheets of paper. Are you ready? Let us start! (кожна група пише на картках фрукти чи овочі та складає у кошик, прикріплений на дошці)

T. Let's stop now. Read your words and count them.

2. Діалогічне мовлення з опорою на таблицю

T. Ask each other how you can-cook these products as in the example. Use the table.

e.g. cabbage — knife — to chop:

— How can you cook cabbage?

— I can chop cabbage with a knife and then fry it in the frying pan.

T: Well, the next task is jumble words.

T: That will do. Thank you. Group …is a winner.

4. Фізкультхвилинка

T: I see, you are tired.  Let’s play a game. If I name healthy food the first group stands up. If I name junk food the second group stands up.

Imagine, you are on a TV program "Master  Chef". Every group should tell and demonstrate the recipe of own sandwich.
