How do you look after yourself?

To tell the truth I try to pay much attention to myself.

Every day I get up early in the morning, do my morning exercises to music, because it gives me energy for the whole day. When the weather is fine I like to run outside with my lovely dog.

I think sport develops a personality, so I go to the gym two or three times a week. I do it with pleasure, because sport teaches me to win and to lose and makes friendship too.

Moreover, in the morning and in the evening I take a cold shower, brush my teeth and drink a glass of fresh water.

To my mind, it is important to eat healthy food. I try to avoid junk food. I eat fruit and vegetables every day. My favorite ones are: apples, bananas, pears, oranges, carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes. Sometimes I eat onion and garlic too.

You know vitamins, proteins and carbohydrates are important for teenagers. I follow doctor’s recommendations and drink fresh juice, eat berries and nuts. I adore almonds, walnuts, cobnuts and hazelnuts.

Frankly speaking, in the evening I walk with my dog, breath fresh air. In summer I swim a lot in the river. I’m lucky, because I live not far from the river Psel.

By the way, I try to develop my imagination and thinking process, so I read a lot of interesting books, learn English, because “So many languages you know, so many times you are a man”. I realize, my future depends on the level of education I will get at school.

I’d like to note, I prefer looking smart. I am fond of classical clothes and of course I like sport style too: torn jeans, baggy jeans, hoodies, sweatshirts and white sneakers too.

I guess a modern girl should look super well.

To sum it up, I want to say, I respect and love myself. I know what I want, I think about my health, my appearance and my cognitive skills too. My life is in my hands. And what about you?


What kinds of sport are the most effective to keep fit

You know so many people, so many minds.

I think sport develops a personality, teaches us to win and to lose.

Moreover, sport makes friendship and gives a chance to take part in competitions.

I guess sport is a good opportunity to visit different towns and cities in Ukraine and abroad.

Frankly speaking, if a person wants to look smart and be fit, it will be enough to get up early in the morning and do exercises to music, go jogging and attend gym three times a week. If you are fond of swimming, go to the pool and your body will look perfect.

I suppose any kind of sport can be excellent variant to keep fit if go in for sport regularly and with pleasure.

It is important to be a hard-working person, never stop training and never be lazy.

I think it is necessary to connect your sport activity with healthy eating habits. Drink fresh water, eat vegetables and fruit, nuts, diary products and fish. Avoid junk food and fizzy.

To sum it up, I want to say, never stop reaching your goals, be positive, surround yourself by people who are active and successful and you will be happy too.


Healthy food

You know, health is above wealth.

To my mind it is very important to follow doctor’s recommendation and try to eat more vegetables and fruit every day.

I think healthy food makes people strong and healthy.

I suppose it is necessary to use vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates and fat in everyday meal.

I guess dairy products such as milk, cottage cheese, cheese,  butter, yogurt and sour  cream are very important for people.

I believe some glasses of fresh water during the day is a good chance to feel better and be in a good mood.

Frankly speaking, I prefer tasty food. I try to eat cereal, rice, boiled potato, meat and fish, but sometimes I eat junk food too.

 From time to time I eat burgers, hot dogs,   sandwiches and buns.

I like apple and orange juice; I drink fizzy too.

I realize that junk food is bad for my health, so I try to avoid it . I like fruit snacks. I adore nuts, such as almonds, peanuts, cobnuts, hazelnuts and walnuts.

To cut my long story short, I want to say eat more vitamins, drink water, avoid fat products, enjoy berries and nuts, try to eat four or five times a day at the same time, avoid stress and always think positively.


My Eating habits

So many people, so many minds.

To tell the truth, I’m a hearty eater.

I like tasty food. I usually eat fruit and vegetables, sandwiches with meat, sausage, cheese and lettuce. I prefer pasta with meatballs, or with a chicken.

I like sweets and chocolate very much.

I like cookies and biscuit very much.

I don’t like fish. I prefer healthy and junk food too. For example, I like hot dogs, burgers, cakes, fizzy and chips.

I adore dairy products. I eat cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream and drink milk every day.

I like apple juice and pineapple juice. I like yoghurt with  cherries, peaches, bananas and strawberries.

To sum it up, I want to say, I try to have 5meals a day, because it is important for my health.


My favorite artist

You know, art is long, life is short.

I think art is the best medicine for people’s soul.

To tell the truth, art is everywhere. Art is the sun that gives us power to sail along the river of life.

I adore beautiful pictures, nice music, exciting films, thrilling books, unforgettable plays and romantic gigs.

To my mind, art inspires people to create and to breath fresh air.

Frankly speaking, I adore landscapes very much, because I like beautiful nature blue sky, huge mountains, oceans and seas ….

Art in my life

Art is long, life is short .

What is art? I think art is the best medicine for creative people. It inspires to live.

I like to go to the art galleries, to the exhibitions, to the museums and of course,

I can’t imagine my life without theatres.

I suppose art is a symbol of freedom and a sense of security.


Travelling by yacht

Travelling is the best way to relax and get pleasant emotions. I dream to travel to Spain. I want to sail by yacht. I want my dream be unforgettable.

I know I need to book tickets beforehand and to visit the travel agency. I need assurance too.

I think it is important to give extra money for good assurance and a luxury cabin when you travel by ship.

It is necessary to take passport, money and right clothes. Never forget your hoodie, because it can be cold even in the warm countries too. To my mind, travelling with friends is more exciting and fun, when your friends share your ideas. I plan to spend a couple of days on the islands, enjoying the beauty of the Mediterranean Sea and golden sand beaches and green nature around.

I deeply feel the fresh of breeze and all my troubles fell down to the bottom of the sea.

I am strong, I never give up, I’ll realize all my dreams and be happy.
