Variant I

  1. Change the verbs in brackets into appropriate conditional form.

 

  1. If Sam grew his own vegetables, he wouldn't have to buy them.
  2. Would you go out more often if you did not have to do so much in the house?
  3. Jane wouldn't have yawned the whole day if she hadn`t stayed up late last night.
  4. If you wait a minute, I'll come with you.
  5. If we arrived at 11, we would miss Tailor's presentation.
  6. We would have helped  Andrew if we'd known about his problems.
  7. If my parents had used new batteries, their camera would have worked correctly.
  8. If I could go anywhere, it  was New York.
  9. If it doesn`t rain, the boys  will play hockey.
  10. John would see whisky distilleries if he travelled to Scotland.

  3. If I was a millionaire, I would live in Miami.
  4. You would save energy if you  switched off the lights more often.
  5. If we had read the book, we  would have understood the film.
  6. My sister could score better on the test if the teacher  explained the grammar once more.
  7. My friends would have arrived on time if they hadn't missed the train.
  8. If I  go to London, I'll visit the Globe.
  9. Marry wouldn't have had two laptops if she  hadn`t lend one to her friend.

Цей тест було розроблено з ціллю перевірки знань учнів по темі «Умовні речення» .

  • Максимальна кількість балів за тест – 11.
  • Максимальна кількість балів за перше завдання – 5 (кожне правильне речення - 0.5).
  • Максимальна кількість балів за друге завдання – 3 (кожне правильне речення – 0.3).
  • Максимальна кількість балів за третє завдання – 3 (кожне правильне речення – 0.5).
