The Globe Theatre

The Globe Theatre as we see it today was opened in London 1997. It’s made of wood and a lot of people can stand around the stage. It’s a copy of William Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre. Shakespeare wrote his plays for the Globe and he acted in some of them. The original theatre burnt down over hundred years ago.
