Урок №1  

Tема.  З поверненням  до школи.

Мета:  навчальна: ознайомити з новим лексичним матеріалом теми;навчати учнів діалогічного мовлення за темою;

розвивальна:формувати навички читання; практикувати учнів у писемному мовленні; розвивати культуру мовлення;

виховна:виховувати повагу до вчителів та однокласників.

Обладнання: Підручник, робочий зошит, картки для роботи в групах (НО,), для індивідуальної роботи (Н02).

ХІД УРОКУ

І. ПІДГОТОВКА ДО СПРИЙНЯТТЯ ІНШОМОВНОГО МОВЛЕННЯ

1. Привітання. Поздоровлення з початком нового навчального року.

Т: Hello, my dear boys and girls! Nice to see you again!

Did you have a good time in summer? Where were you? Which of the summer activities did you like best?

Now you are the pupils of the sixth form. I can see you've become quite adult! I expect you are serious and responsible, too. And I hope you are looking forward to starting your English course.

2. Знайомство з метою та завданнями навчання у 6 класі.

Т: This year we are going to learn about many interesting things. We'll speak about your family and school life. We'll discuss questions of sports, books and food. We'll also travel! around Britain and the USA, go sightseeing, and shopping.

3. Знайомство з підручником.

T: Now let's look through the textbook.

Do you like how your textbook is designed? Is the design of this textbook different

from the design of the textbook you had last year?

Who is the author of this textbook?

How many units are there?

How are the units divided?

Is there a vocabulary/grammar reference/list of irregular verbs/vocabulary? What maps can you see in your textbooks?

4. Повідомлення теми та мети уроку.

Т: Today's topic is «The Back-to-School Boat». At the lesson we're going to discuss the problems which schoolchildren can have when they are back to school after the summer holidays. We'll read a newspaper article which will give us some advice how to behave at school and what to be ready for.

Warming up 5. Уведення в іншомовну атмосферу.

Учитель розподіляє клас на групи по трое-четверо учнів, кожна з яких отримує картку із завданням. Учні в групах складають діалоги, а потім інсценують їх перед класом.

You are the classmates. One of you is a new pupil. He/she wants to know about the names and features of character of some of the teachers. Tell the new pupil about the teachers of English/Maths/Physical Training/Music.

ІІ.ОСНОВНА ЧАСТИНА УРОКУ

Speaking 1. Розвиток умінь мовлення.

1) Впр. 1 (с. 4).

Учні працюють у парах: усно складають діалоги за зразком вправи. Одна-дві пари учнів інсценують діалог перед класом.

2) РЗ, впр. 1 (с. 1).

Учні самостійно визначають, кому з учасників діалогу належать подані репліки, потім розташовують їх у правильній послідовності. Після цього вчитель просить двох учнів прочитати діалог у парі. Решта класу слухає та перевіряє правильність виконання завдання.

2. Подання тексту для читання та введення нового лексичного матеріалу. Впр. 2 (с. 4).

1) Етап підготовки до читання.

а) Бесіда з учнями в режимі Т-^Р^Р^Ру

Т: How did you feel during your first day at school this year? What made you feel happy? Did anything make you feel nervous? Do you have any new classmates? Do you have any new teachers? What new subjects do you have? What advice is best for the pupils who are'back to school after summer holidays?

б) Подання нового лексичного матеріалу.

Учні отримують картки для індивідуальної роботи (НОа). Спочатку вони самостійно намагаються встановити, яке з визначень нових слів є правильним. Потім по черзі читають слова на картках і їхні визначення. Учитель слідкує за правильністю вимови й вибору відповіді та допомагає в разі потреби.

2) Етап читання.

Учні по черзі читають текст: кожний новий абзац статті читає інший учень. Учитель та інші учні слідкують за підручником.

3) Етап перевірки розуміння змісту тексту.

Бесіда з учнями в режимі Т-Р^Р^Р.

Т: Do all the children feel at home at the beginning of the new school year? How do some of them feel? Why should you learn to share the attention of the teachers with the other pupils? What do you learn to do and to be at school? What should you do when something upsets you? What does «be positive» mean? Which piece of advice given in the article did you like most? Why?

3. Розвиток умінь письма. Впр. 5 (с. 5).

Учні записують у зошити список порад із тексту впр. 2 (с. 4), які їм сподобалися найбільше. Учитель викликає чотирьох-п'ятьох учнів і просить їх прочитати свої списки.

4. Вивчення вірша «Feeling Your Way Through Every Day!Впр. З (c. 5).

Учитель читає вірш, учні хором повторюють за ним. Потім двоє-троє учнів, за бажанням, декламують вірш перед класом.

5. Декламування улюблених віршів. Впр. 4 (с. 5).

Учитель пропонує провести змагання на краще декламування англійського вірша. Учні пригадують улюблені вірші й розповідають їх перед класом. Перед декламуванням вони повідомляють, чому їм подобається саме цей вірш. Клас слухає та вирішує, хто найкраще впорався із завданням.

ІІІ.ЗАКЛЮЧНА ЧАСТИНА УРОКУ

1. Домашнє завдання.

1) Впр. З (с. 5), вивчити вірш.

2) РЗ, впр. 2 (с. 1).

Summarizing 2. Підведення підсумків уроку.

Учитель пише на дошці слова: friend, positively, special, flexible.

Бесіда з учнями в режимі T->Ps.

Т: Let's remember again what you should keep in mind when you are back to school after your holidays. End my sentences with the words you can see on the blackboard. T: You should remember that every person is ... Pa: Special.

T: At school you learn not only to read and write, but also to be a good 1 Ps: Friend.

T: Don't, let bad lucks ruin your day: be ... Ps: Flexible.

T: Always be an optimist, think and talk ... Ps: Positively.
