Paradoxically, the English still love the hunting of wild animals, such as foxes or hares, with the aim of killing them.It is not easy to decide on the typically British characteristics. The huge majority of art experts, though, would surely see the talent and effort behind a real abstract painting. Or would they? Whatever the case, it’s clear that the question of ‘What is art?’ is not going to go away anytime soon.
